Depending on the size of dumpster that you receive from us, there is going to be a varying weight limit. Our 10 yard container can hold up to 2,000 pounds of refuse as well as the 15 yard container. The 20 yard dumpster can hold up to 4,000 pounds of refuse, and the 30 yard dumpster can hold up to 6,000 pounds. Our 40 yard container can hold up to 8,000 pounds of general household and construction debris. The 12 yard, heavy debris dumpster can hold up to 16,000 pounds of refuse.

Depending on the job, we are going to recommend various dumpster sizes or even types. Those that are working on a small-scale cleanup or renovation job might only need a 10 or 15 yarder. But those with a major demolition or build project might need the 40 yard waste container or even the heavy debris dumpster.
But how will know what dumpster to rent? Good question. This is where our expert staff of customer service representatives come in. We ask that you keep the filling requirements in mind when you are loading the roll-off with refuse. Most importantly, you should be filling the rental evenly throughout. This means that there is no end of the dumpster that is filled more than the other. Also, for general household and construction debris, please do not fill the unit beyond the height of its walls. By law we are unable to be on the road with a dumpster that is filled beyond capacity. For heavy debris, please do not fill the dumpster more than halfway. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. Also, please do not mix heavy debris types in the same dumpster. More than one type of heavy debris is going to require multiple dumpster rentals.
Can I rent more than one dumpster at a time? You certainly can. We don’t place a limit on the number of waste containers that you rent from us. So rent one or rent ten, it doesn’t matter. We can even stagger the delivery dates so that each rental is arriving right when you need it to. Or, if you aren’t going to be sure how many dumpsters you need, that’s fine.
